Description¶
The practitioner takes a short step forward with the left foot and stands in a stable position with upright posture.
The movement is performed with the toes of the front foot and alternates between two positions:
- The big toe is lifted while the other toes are pressed into the floor
- The four smaller toes are lifted while the big toe remains in contact
The movement is performed in a controlled manner, following the count, without movement in the upper body.
